My experience at Hamersons was, well, nothing short of astonishing, but not in the good way. Having to pay for plates when surely this is standard at hotels? Absurd. Also, the promised bed count was mysteriously absent. I almost thought about leaving a positive review, but alas, couldn't bring myself to it. Just wow.

Request bottled water upon arrival to avoid delays, as service can be slow for basic requests during peak times.

The Premier Deluxe Double room was clean and decent, with a quiet air con unit which was a plus. I loved that it had two comfy double beds. The bathroom was kind of cramped, though. The shower design made it tricky to move around, and I bumped my head a couple of times. Overall, I appreciated the value for money and the nice service by the staff, especially at breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was a hit with all of us, particularly the longaniza. Plus, being close to various restaurants made it easy to grab meals together. My dad appreciated the fast Wi-Fi for his needs.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly amenities.

Clean and Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I recently spent a couple of nights in a Premier Deluxe Double room, which was clean and comfortable with great amenities like a hot/cold shower and daily bottled water. The complimentary breakfast had a solid variety, including Filipino classics and an abundance of fruits. However, I found the bathrooms to be a bit small, and there were some unexpected charges for bringing towels outside which was not clearly communicated at check-in.

I had a pleasant stay at Hamersons Hotel, enjoying the excellent service with quick check-in and strong Wi-Fi connection. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-located near Robinson's and tourist spots. The staff was very approachable, contributing to a positive experience. Additionally, the restaurant offered good food options, though I hope for an expanded menu in the future.
